Monoclonal antibodies against S. neurona SAG I
Monoclonal antibodies that detect S. neurona Surface Antigen I (SAG1). These antibodies will work in ELISA, IFA, IHC, or immunoblot. These antibodies have been used to sort cells that are infected with S. neurona. They are protein G purified and are provided in a 5 mG/mL concentration. Please call for price information. Polyclonal antibodies against S. neurona
Polyclonal antibodies against S. neurona made in a horse, rabbit, or goat. Please check for availability. Equine sera is usually available on a 24 hour notice. Other antibodies are subject to back order. Equine polyclonal antibodies are made against whole organism derived from merozoites or sporocysts are available. Please call for pricing information.
Cultured protozoa
Merozoites derived from natural infections of S. neurona, Cryptosporidia, and various species of Eimeria are available upon request. There is a 14 day delay to ship. License may be required. The use of these organisms are restricted to research use.
Diagnostic Services
We will test your tissue or fluid sample. Antibody testing by ELISA, Immunoblot, immunohistochemistry, IFA , and PCR testing is available. These contract services will require a project sheet to be completed.
Animal Model testing of drugs
We will run USDA or FDA trials to test the efficacy of potential drugs for the treatment of protozoal infections. These services require a license and USDA or FDA protocol, and a completed project sheet. A CA and project sheet are needed to determine the fesibility of the project.
Recombinant protein-- surface antigens of S. neurona
Recombinant antiges to the surface antigens of S. neurona are available. The purified antigen is provided at 50microgram vials either lyophillized or at a 1 mG/mL solution. Each antigen was produced from a vector that was verified by sequence. The cross-reactivity of each antigen can be provided. The use of these antigens is restricted to research only and requires a CA and license.
Eimeria species RNA
Various species of Eimeria RNA is avaiable for research use. Please provide a CA and protocol for use. License is required.
Antibodies against Eimeria
Monoclonal and polyclonal (rabbit) antibodies against Eimeria tenella or Eimeria acervulina are available for research use. License required.
